We want our customers to be assured that the purchaser of Fuel Injector Cleaning for Gasoline Engines by TLF Performance Parts receives a one year warranty covering the cleaning (Remanufacturing) process, replaceable components, and performance of fuel injectors sold by TLF Performance Parts, LLC, an Illinois Corporation.

We assume that the purchaser has the technical skills to install TLF Performance Parts fuel injectors, and if necessary, perform the necessary programing to fine tune the performance of application they are being installed in. Misapplication, improper installation, fuel contaminates, “acts of god”, will void the warranty. Our warranty is provided to the original purchaser and is not transferrable.

The TLF Performance Parts Fuel Injector Cleaing Process

Injectors are externally cleaned, visually inspected, and numbered.

Test injectors for resistance, shorts, and current draw.

Perform leak test, spray pattern, and flow rate testing on our flow bench. Record the results.

Remove filter baskets, O-rings, and pintle caps. Brush any loose paint and rust from the metal injector body.

The injectors are place in our first ultrasonic cleaning tank to remove any particles, dirt, etc. that may contaminate the next two cleaning processes.

Into a second ultrasonic tank they go, they are now cycled on and off allowing the ultrasonic energy to dislodge any particles and build-up inside the injectors.

The injectors are now placed in our third-ultrasonic tank for additional cleaning using a different cleaning solution. Once again they are being cycled on and off. Our three-tank process insures proper results.

A high pressure back-flush is done to remove any particles inside

Back to the flow bench for retesting of spray pattern, flow rate, and leak checking. This test data is also recorded.

Install new filter baskets, O-rings, and pintle caps. (as required)

Prepare a comprehensive test report with before and after test data. The injectors are then packed along with the old parts for return.
